- “Services” refers to the business coaching and consulting services provided by OAWA.

OAWA provides business coaching and consulting services tailored to the financial industry, including but not limited to Business Strategy Consulting, Operations Improvement, and Organizational Transformation. We strive to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
3. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of OAWA or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.
4. Limitation of Liability
OAWA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Enrolment Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any enrolment or booking at our discretion. This may occur for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Unavailability of slots, mentors, or sessions
- Suspected fraudulent, unauthorized, or inappropriate activity
We also reserve the right to restrict or decline enrolments that, in our judgment, do not align with the objectives or eligibility criteria of the coaching and mentorship programme.
6. Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We continually update and refine our mentorship programmes and related services. Despite our best efforts, certain details may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. This may include information related to schedules, mentor availability, session formats, fees, or programme descriptions.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of such information. We reserve the right to:
- Correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
- Modify or update details at any time without prior notice
- Cancel or reschedule enrolments affected by such changes
While we aim to provide accurate and current information, occasional updates or delays may occur across our website, communication channels, or partner platforms.
7. Rescheduling Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we aim to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests while maintaining fairness and programme consistency.
- Participant-Initiated Rescheduling
- Requests to reschedule a mentorship session must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
- Requests made within less than 24 hours may be treated as a missed session and will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
- Rescheduling is subject to mentor and slot availability.
- Organisation-Initiated Rescheduling
In rare cases where a session must be rescheduled by us (due to mentor unavailability, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances), participants will be informed at the earliest opportunity. A mutually convenient alternative time will be offered, and such rescheduling will not affect the participant’s overall programme eligibility or duration. - Group Mentorship Session and Event Rescheduling
For group sessions, workshops, or events, we reserve the right to modify the schedule or delivery format with prior notice. Participants will be informed of any such changes, and efforts will be made to ensure minimal disruption to the mentorship and learning experience. - Non-Attendance
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show and will not qualify for rescheduling or refund.
8. Refunds
Except where required by law, all fees paid (including registration, program, or coaching or mentorship fees) for both live and recorded sessions are non-refundable. This policy remains in effect regardless of whether you:
- Leave the service before completion
- Do not begin the service after making a full or partial payment
- Fail to regularly attend sessions and do not meet the mandatory attendance requirements
- Do not fulfill any other assignment or exam requirements
In any of these cases, you will not be entitled to a refund of any fees paid.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
10. Changes to Terms
OAWA reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify clients of any changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the website and services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
